Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant, FTC, Head Office, West London
This is a FTC for a minimum of 9 months starting late October
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will provide support to the merchandising team. You will work closely with merchandising and buying teams to develop a full understanding of the La Coqueta range. This represents a unique opportunity for someone who is interested in growing their career within fashion Merchandising. We are a small but highly effective team of hardworking individuals who enjoy the challenge of delivering results in a rapidly growing organisation. We are looking for someone demonstrating proficiency in Excel along with strong numeracy skills. We need you to be agile and adaptable to changing priorities whilst being comfortable with driving efficiencies through developing good business processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on their first role within merchandising, or for a current Merchandising Admin looking to take the next steps in their career.

Design Administrator, Head Office, West London
The Design Administrator keeps every creative deliverable moving — moodboards, presentations, CAD, print packs and creative libraries — so the Creative Director can spend her time designing and approving rather than assembling boards, filing artwork or chasing print files. You will personally create CAD and manage amendments in-house, own fabric sourcing
administration (mill appointments, fabric requests, submissions and pricing), and own print administration and sample logistics end-to-end. You will sit alongside the Creative Director day-to-day for creative direction, but you are managed, appraised and resourced by the Senior Product Manager — so creative leadership
never has to manage administration.

Garment Technologist & Production Co-Ordinator, Head Office, West London
This is a hybrid technical and operational role: you will personally run fit, grading, measurement and construction technical judgement for every style — including full ownership of product compliance and safety-testing administration — while also owning the administrative backbone
of product development: fabric sourcing logistics, sampling, tech packs and supplier coordination. It suits someone with genuine garment technology training who also enjoys, and is fast at, the process-driven admin that keeps
development on Critical Path.
