This is a hybrid technical and operational role: you will personally run fit, grading, measurement and construction technical judgement for every style — including full ownership of product compliance and safety-testing administration — while also owning the administrative backbone
of product development: fabric sourcing logistics, sampling, tech packs and supplier coordination. It suits someone with genuine garment technology training who also enjoys, and is fast at, the process-driven admin that keeps
development on Critical Path.

Acting as a brand ambassador, the Key Holder leads by example, drives sales performance, and builds lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and proactive clienteling.
