These terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) apply to www.lacoquetakids.com (the “Website”) which is operated by La Coqueta Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 7933305 and registered office at Studio 301, 242 Acklam Road, London, W10 5JJ. For the purposes of these Conditions, “you” shall be the person accessing the Website and “we” or “us” refers to La Coqueta Limited. By accessing the Website you agree to accept the Conditions. If you do not agree with the Conditions, you should not use or access the Website.
The following terms and conditions will apply between you and La Coqueta Limited when you purchase a product/s (“Product/s”) from us. Please read these Conditions of Sale in conjunction with the Conditions of Use.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on La Coqueta’s website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described on the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. Every effort has been made in order to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Your contract for purchases made through www.lacoquetakids.com is with La Coqueta Limited and you undertake that all Products ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. Prices displayed on our Website are in Pounds Sterling and unless otherwise indicated are inclusive of VAT. Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packing which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. Payments can be made using Paypal, American Express, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa, Apple Pay and Visa Electron.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
We must receive payment of the full total price for the Products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:
The Product ordered is temporarily or permanently out of stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
The identification of an error within the Product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. If we do refuse an order or cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit/credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
If we accept an order from you for a Product that is then reduced in the sale before you receive it, please contact us. We will tell you whether or not the Product has been dispatched and the following provisions shall apply:
If the Product has not been dispatched, we will refund to you the difference between the price you paid and the then-current sale price, subject to our right to cancel set out above.
If the Product has been dispatched, then when you receive the Product, you should return it in accordance with the returns policy below requesting a refund and then re-order the Product at the sale price.
Only one special offer/discount code or free delivery offer may be used per order unless stated otherwise and such codes are valid for one transaction only. Special offers/discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or voucher. Special offers/discount codes are not transferable and should not be distributed to the wider public; they should not be sold on auction sites for profit or reproduced on any website. No cash or any other alternative can be given. Special offers/discount codes apply to www.lacoquetakids.com only, unless otherwise stated. Special offers/discount codes exclude any charge for home delivery. We reserve the right to remove or amend conditions of special offers/discount codes as necessary; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Special offers/discount codes for free delivery apply to the standard UK delivery service. If you are an international customer and have special offers/discount codes for free delivery please visit our US store, International store or email email@example.com to redeem. Special offers/discount codes are not valid for purchases made from a La Coqueta sale or archived sale items. Special offers/discount codes published in the La Coqueta brochure will be valid until the end of the season specified on the brochure, excluding the 'sale' period.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours - subject to payment and stock availability. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call. Postage and packing charges are quoted at checkout.
All deliveries require a signature. If you are not available to receive the parcel the courier will offer you an alternative time slot. If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. However, if you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be a charge for re-posting.
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days from the date of dispatch. For international destinations, we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by the relevant delivery company.
Every item sold through www.lacoquetakids.com is thoroughly checked for faults before it is sent to our customer, however, if the product is damaged or items are missing from your order on receipt, we must be informed as soon as possible.
We always strive to provide the best service we can, but sometimes we can make mistakes. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of any damaged, faulty or missing products from your order. If you report the problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be either:
to replace any Products that are damaged or defective; or
to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question in accordance with these Conditions.
Your happiness is our priority, whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items we are happy to offer you a refund. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact email@example.com
All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty Products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer
Shoes and Boots
Please note, all of our footwear is made in the finest quality leather and although they are designed to be worn and loved, the surface will scratch or mark if scuffed by the wearer. La Coqueta cannot take responsibility for any scratches or marks made once they have been worn.
Please note: All hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a signed postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs.

Clearpay is a payment service that
lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then
pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any

5. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
Clearpay will split the total value
of your order into 4 instalments payable every fortnight. The exact amounts and
dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase.
If you would like to make additional
unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay
account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed

6. What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?
If you cannot make a payment, please
contact Clearpay here.
As soon as you miss a payment,
Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with

the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee if
you are still not able to make the payment by then. This will be an initial £6
and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. If
your order is less than £24, the total late fee will be £6. If your order is
£24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order or £36,
whichever is less.
Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt
collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.

7. When will my items be delivered if I use Clearpay?
Clearpay orders are delivered within
our standard delivery timeframes like any order from La Coqueta Kids.
8. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Clearpay transaction?
Yes, your order value including
shipping must be between £1 and £1000 to use Clearpay. Your
maximum order value may be lower depending on factors such as being a new
customer or your payment history.
9. Can I use another form of payment with Clearpay?
Yes, you may also use a gift card or
promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.
10. How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?
Items purchased with Clearpay follow
our standard return process.
Please note, refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from La Coqueta Kids to Clearpay. We cannot provide
an exchange or cash refund.
When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Clearpay will
be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to
the card you paid with. Please note that until the merchant has confirmed
receipt of any return goods, you will be liable to continue to make your
payments to Clearpay.
