UK Standard | 3-5 working days - Orders must be placed by 1PM GMT to leave the same day.
UK Express | Next working day - Orders must be placed by 1PM GMT to leave the same day
UK Weekend | Saturday delivery - For UK weekend, orders must be placed by Friday 1PM GMT.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
We accept returns in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 28 working days of receipt.
All hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
The cost to return the order is the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return, please repackage your order in the original packaging and make a note of which items you are returning and the reason for this on the returns note.

Take the package to your local post office or delivery courier, and be sure to keep a note of your tracking details if there are any delays. The cost to return the order is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact customerservice@lacoquetakids.com if you have any queries.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless you received a faulty item. Please note that our team will process your return within 5-10 working days of receipt.
Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order we can cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched and place a new order.

If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third-party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.
If you have received a faulty item please email customerservice@lacoquetakids.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged/faulty item.
Our collections sell out pretty quickly but from time to time we do receive a re-order on popular styles. We recommend signing up on the product and size and we will notify you via email if and when the item comes back in stock.
We are always happy to help and provide on-hand styling, sizing and shopping advice. Please reach out to a member of the team via email at customerservice@lacoquetakids.com with your enquiry, or WhatsApp us and someone will get back to you within business hours.
The price paid by the client at the point of purchase cannot be changed. If an item has been discounted since the original purchase and is unworn, has the original tags and is within the returns period; you are more than welcome to place a second order at the discounted price and return the original order.
Please note that we cannot apply price reversals or discounts to previous orders. To purchase at the discounted price, you will need to place a new order.
Please note that our discount codes only apply to full priced items, unless specified. Our WELCOME10 discount is only applicable to first time purchasers who have created an account with La Coqueta, you must be logged into your account for this to apply.
