All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please Note: ALL hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons.
Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.

DPD Premier Delivery (UK Only)

If your order has been shipped via our DPD Premier Next Day delivery service, a returns label will be enclosed in your parcel for you to use to return your items. To return your items, please attach the label to the front of your parcel and drop your parcel off at one DPD’s drop off locations. Please follow the link to find your nearest drop off point.

Please make sure to keep the proof of postage receipt given at your local DPD shop in case this is needed by our team.

How Will My Parcel Be Delivered?
La Coqueta uses reputable couriers to deliver orders all over the world such as: DPD, MyHermes, DHL. All UK & EU full price orders come in La Coqueta Kids box and all US & ROW orders come in a La Coqueta canvas bag.
If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request your parcel be delivered on the next working day.
Sales Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped duties unpaid, therefore orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.
Although a trade deal was negotiated between the UK and the EU, some EU orders will now incur additional charges due to children's clothing and footwear being VAT exempt in the UK. The VAT rate payable is dependant on the country and does vary. Please check your local VAT office for children's clothing and footwear rates. All VAT charges will be payable in your local country before the goods will be released and are the responsibility of the receiver. 
Can I Amend My Order?
Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order you will need to cancel your order and place a new one. 
Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.

All orders containing clothing are wrapped in branded tissue paper, sealed in a La Coqueta gift box then packed inside a red La Coqueta mailing bag.

Orders containing accessories only are sent in a small red bag sealed with a La Coqueta sticker.

Full Price Orders US & ROW

All orders containing clothing are wrapped in branded tissue paper and placed inside a La Coqueta branded canvas tote bag, then packed inside a red La Coqueta mailing bag.

Orders containing accessories only are sent in a small red bag sealed with a La Coqueta sticker.

Sale Orders UK, EU, US & ROW

All orders are wrapped in branded tissue paper and packed inside a red La Coqueta mailing bag.

Gift Orders UK, EU, US & ROW

All gift orders have the prices removed or covered and come wrapped in La Coqueta branded tissue paper, sealed in a La Coqueta gift box then packed inside a red La Coqueta mailing bag. The gift message will be handwritten on a postcard and also printed on the delivery paperwork.
