Your happiness is our priority. Whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer you a refund. Please note all returns costs are the resposibility of the customer. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please Note: ALL hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons.
Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
How Will My Parcel Be Delivered?
La Coqueta uses reputable couriers to deliver orders all over the world such as: DPD, MyHermes, DHL.
If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request your parcel be delivered on the next working day.
Sales Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped duties unpaid, therefore orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.
Can I Amend My Order?
Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.
