  • FREE DELIVERY

    United Kingdom

    All UK and Northern Ireland orders over £150 are eligible for free delivery. These shipments will be shipped with MyHermes which is a 3-5 day service. This offer does not apply during sale periods.

    European Union

    All European Union orders over €150 are eligible for free delivery. These shipments will be shipped on our DPD road service which takes from 3-5 days. This offer does not apply during sale periods.

    USA

    All US orders over $300 are eligible for free delivery. These shipments will be shipped on our DHL Worldwide Express service which takes from 3-7 days. This offer does not apply during sale periods.

    We do not currently offer any other free shipping services.

  • SALES TAXES AND DUTIES

    Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties.
    This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods.
    Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.

  • RETURNS POLICY

    Your happiness is our priority. Whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer you a refund. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact customerservice@lacoquetakids.com

    All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer

    Please Note: ALL hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons.

    Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.

    We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.

    Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

  • REDELIVERIES

    Redeliveries

    If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request your parcel be delivered on the next working day.
