Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 28 working days of receipt. Please note that during the Christmas period we will be extending our returns period to the 14th January, any item purchased pre Christmas will be accepted up to this point. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please Note: ALL hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons.
Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a signed-for-postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.

DPD Premier Delivery (UK Only)

If your order has been shipped via our DPD Premier Next Day delivery service, a returns label will be enclosed in your parcel for you to use to return your items. To return your items, please attach the label to the front of your parcel and drop your parcel off at one of DPD’s drop-off locations. Please follow the link to find your nearest drop-off point.

Please make sure to keep the proof of postage receipt given at your local DPD shop in case this is needed by our team.

How Will My Parcel Be Delivered?

La Coqueta uses reputable couriers to deliver orders all over the world such as: DPD, MyHermes, DHL. All UK & EU full-price orders come in La Coqueta Kids box and all US & ROW orders come in a La Coqueta canvas bag.


If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request your parcel be delivered on the next working day.

Sales Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped duties unpaid, therefore orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.

EU Orders

Now that the UK has left the European Union, there are changes we have to make as a business in order to continue shipping La Coqueta orders to you.

VAT & Duties

The prices you see on our website are excluding Import VAT, Import Duty & Customs Admin charges. Depending on where you live, Import taxes and duty charges will vary. We are working on a solution that will add these charges to your basket at checkout, so you will not be expected to pay anything further on delivery, however, this is a process we are continuing to develop. Please be rest assured, this is our top priority to implement for peace of mind when shopping at La Coqueta, and we thank you for your patience in the meantime.

VAT: Children’s clothing is VAT exempt in the UK, so previously when we shipped to the EU, customers have not had to pay this. Following Brexit, the VAT due is now determined by your country's VAT rates. If you live in a country that charges VAT on children’s clothing, you will now be expected to pay this.

DUTY: La Coqueta is proudly made in Spain, and this is an integral part of our identity. Because of this, our clothing and accessories are re-exported to the EU from the UK, which means the goods lose preferential duty rate. Subsequently, all orders over €150 are subject to import duties. We are in contact with local tax authorities and will continue to review our internal operations to find the best way forward for our clients.

Can I Amend My Order?

Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order you will need to cancel your order and place a new one. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third-party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund. 


La Coqueta takes pride in delivering packages of joy. In an effort to deliver cost-effective La Coqueta packages worldwide our packaging varies slightly depending on location.

Do You Deliver To Russia?

We currently do not deliver to Russia. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
