You will also be kept informed of your parcels progress via email and text making it more efficient for you to receive your goods. You are also able to track in real time the progress of your parcel on a map as our drivers make their way to the delivery addresses.
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties.
This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund if the order is returned within 14 days.
Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. This excludes hosiery and hair accessories. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.

Should you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the size you would like to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If you a returning an order from outside the EU please ensure the package is clearly marked with 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS

If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request your parcel be delivered on the next working day.
