Your happiness is our priority. Whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer you a refund. Please note all returns costs are the resposibility of the customer. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact email@example.com.
All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please Note: ALL hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons.
Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.
