When Will I Receive My Order?
UK Standard | 3-5 working days - Orders must be placed by 12pm to leave the same day
UK Express | Next working day - Orders must be placed by 12pm to leave the same day
UK Weekend | Saturday delivery - For UK weekend, orders must be placed by Friday midday
EU Express | 2 - 3 working days - Orders must be placed by 12pm to leave the same day
Northern Europe | 5 - 7 days - Orders must be placed by 12pm to leave the same day
Rest of World | 3 - 7 working days - Orders must be placed by 12pm to leave the same day
Can I Return My Online Order?
We accept returns in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: ALL hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons. The cost to return the order is the responsibility of the customer. If you a returning an order from outside the EU please ensure the package is clearly marked with 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’. Please note we are unable to refund any delivery, custom taxes or duties incurred outside of the UK.
Can I Exchange My Online Order In Store?
We can only offer exchanges on products that are the same product, same colour but different size. Limited by stock availability in store.
Can I Exchange My Online Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
Do I Have To Pay Import Tax/Duties On My Order?
All international orders outside the EU are delivered duties un-paid therefore you may be subject to custom and/or duty taxes. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Currently all orders under $800 US do not incur any import duties/taxes however this can vary from state to state. Please check your local custom tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are delivered.
Can I Amend My Order?
Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.
