La Coqueta proudly presents our collaboration with Nicky Hilton Rothschild. The mother-of-three, designer and socialite worked closely with Founder and Creative Director Celia Muñoz to create an exclusive capsule collection, thoughtfully developing silhouettes and illustrative prints inspired by the key figures and moments that have shaped Nicky’s life. Each piece is a love letter to her upbringing in her native New York, celebrating the people, places and memories that continue to inspire her today.
The Dolly Girl Hand-Smocked Dress is a sublime testament to La Coqueta’s dedication to timeless elegance and artisanal craftsmanship. Expertly crafted from a luxuriously soft cotton and hemp blend in a delicate lemon yellow, the dress exudes a refined, heirloom-quality charm. The bodice features meticulously hand-smocked panels enriched with contrasting pink embroidery and bow motifs, a labour-intensive detail that takes up to eight hours to complete, reflecting our unwavering commitment to artisanal excellence. Cut in a classic fit-and-flare silhouette, the long, flowing skirt moves with effortless grace, creating an ethereal, romantic presence. Short capped sleeves and a refined collar enhance the vintage-inspired charm, while full cotton lining ensures comfort and breathability. The back fastens with covered buttons and an oversized self-tie bow, providing a perfectly tailored fit and an elegant finishing touch. Coordinate with a baby sister in the matching Dolly Baby Girl Hand-Smocked Set for charming, picture-perfect moments.
Layer up with La Coqueta’s luxuriously soft knitwear for cooler evenings, and pair it with buttery soft Nappa leather shoes in a range of seasonal shades like the Girl T-Bars and Girl Mary Janes. Explore the wider range of timeless dresses this season, including stunning smocked silhouettes and painterly floral prints.
