The following terms and conditions will apply between you and La Coqueta Limited, when you purchase a product/s (“Product/s”) from us. Please read these Conditions of Sale in conjunction with the Conditions of Use.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our Products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on La Coqueta’s website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described on the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. Every effort has been made in order to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Your contract for purchases made through lacoquetakids.com is with La Coqueta Limited and you undertake that all Products ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.Prices displayed on our Website are in Pounds Sterling and unless otherwise indicated are inclusive of VAT. Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packing which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. Payments can be made using American Express, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
We must receive payment of the full total price for the Products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours - subject to payment and stock availability. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call. Postage and packing charges are as follows:
If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.
All deliveries require a signature. If you are not available to receive the parcel DPD will offer you an alternative time slot. If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot , we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. However, if you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be a charge for re-posting.
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days from the date of dispatch. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by Royal Mail or the relevant delivery company.
Every item sold through lacoquetakids.com is thoroughly checked for faults before it is sent to our customer, however, if the product is damaged or items are missing from your order on receipt, we must be informed as soon as possible.

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question in accordance with these Conditions.
If you wish to cancel/return/exchange an order, you must notify us either by email at email@example.com or telephone us quoting your name and order number. Please clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary. Please return your item with your invoice and ensure that the item is posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders which get lost in the post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs. All full priced products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, within 7 working days after receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed without the receipt attached to it. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
We are unable to offer a refund on unwanted goods purchased at discounted prices. However we are happy to exchange the item(s) for the same purchase value within 7 working days provided they are in perfect condition and represented by the original receipt.If you have requested a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid within 7 working days of receipt of the item you wish to return.
Shoes and Boots:
Please note, all of our footwear is made in finest quality leather and although they are designed to be worn and loved the surface will scratch or mark if scuffed by the wearer. La Coqueta cannot take responsibility for any scratches or marks made once they have been worn.
If you would like an exchange for a different size or an alternative item, please supply your payment details on the returns form so we can process a new order for you and refund you for the returned item(s). This will ensure a faster exchange process and delivery in the next days by Royal Mail. Postage costs will apply for exchanges.
Please Note: ALL hair accessories, tights and socks are non-refundable and non- exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
